dkwon Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the dkwon platform, including all betting, casino gaming, and financial services provided through dkwon.org. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using dkwon services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use dkwon services. dkwon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use dkwon services, you must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. dkwon reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure. You may only hold one account with dkwon. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify dkwon customer support immediately. dkwon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkwon platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated betting systems or bots.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or conducting transactions on behalf of third parties.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

dkwon accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from major Bangladesh banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits are processed instantly for mobile wallet payments. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. dkwon does not charge any deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed for verified accounts within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. To withdraw funds, your account must be fully verified with valid government-issued identification and proof of address. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. All withdrawal requests are subject to security and anti-money laundering checks. dkwon reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Detailed bonus terms are available on the promotions page. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds. dkwon may limit, suspend, or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on dkwon are final and cannot be canceled or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. dkwon will not accept liability for user error in placing bets. In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or software failure that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, dkwon reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all games and sports betting markets. These limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game or betting market.
• dkwon reserves the right to void bets or refuse payouts if we detect irregular betting patterns, syndicate betting, or other activities that suggest abuse of the platform.
• For live casino games, dkwon uses video streaming from certified live dealer studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other licensed providers. Dealer decisions are final.
• All slot games and RNG-based casino games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing agencies. Game RTP percentages are published on the game information pages.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Only one bonus per household, IP address, and payment method is permitted unless otherwise stated.

dkwon reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we suspect:

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Multiple accounts, account sharing, or other prohibited activities.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and dkwon, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction governing these terms.

All disputes must be brought within one year of the date the issue arose. Claims brought after this period will be deemed waived and barred. By using dkwon, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against dkwon.

11. Changes to Terms

dkwon may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of dkwon services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using dkwon and close your account.
